About ShySend

Email that gets opened, read, and acted on.

We built ShySend because email shouldn't be a dark art. Modern teams deserve a sending platform that's fast, fair, and ready out of the box — no DNS deep-dives, no warmup spreadsheets, no surprise bills.

What we stand for

Three things we won't compromise on.

Most email platforms ask you to choose: easy or powerful, cheap or reliable, marketing or transactional. We don't think those trade-offs are real anymore.

01

Deliverability is a default, not an add-on

Per-customer DKIM, suppression-audience automation, and bounce handling come standard on every plan — including the free one.

02

Pricing should be obvious

Four tiers, transparent quotas, no setup fees, no per-seat surprises. Marketing and transactional share the same quota — because they're the same email.

03

The free tier is actually free

100 emails a day, 1,000 contacts, no card required, no nag screens. If we can't earn your upgrade with the product, we shouldn't earn it at all.

Our story

Built by people who actually send email.

Every team we know runs on email — newsletters, drip campaigns, receipts, password resets, abandoned-cart nudges. And yet the tooling for sending it splits down strange lines: a marketing tool over here, a transactional API over there, a deliverability consultant on retainer somewhere in between.

We wanted one platform where marketing and transactional are the same email, the same quota, and the same dashboard.

ShySend is what we wished we had: a sending platform that gives you per-customer DKIM out of the box, a drag-and-drop editor that doesn't fight you, an AI assistant that drafts subject lines without making them sound like AI, and a free tier that doesn't expire.

We're small, we're focused, and we're betting that "send better email" is a real product, not a feature you bolt onto something else.

Operating principles

How we work, in writing.

The handful of rules that shape every product decision we ship.

a

Reputation is shared, never rented.

Per-customer DKIM means your sender reputation is yours — not borrowed from a noisy shared pool.

b

Defaults should be safe.

Suppression audiences, double opt-in, bounce handling — all on by default. Footguns are off by default.

c

Speak the customer's language.

If you have to read a docs page to understand a button, the button is wrong.

d

Boring is a feature.

We don't ship "delightful surprises" in critical-path flows. Email sending is supposed to be predictable.
